At Happy Furniture, we understand that sometimes changes need to be made after placing an order. We aim to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible while ensuring efficient handling of furniture orders.

Because many furniture products may enter processing, packaging, or shipping preparation shortly after purchase, cancellation requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be approved.
Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before the order has been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
However, once an order has been shipped, prepared for delivery, or assigned to a shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
Eligible products may still qualify for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
For cancellation eligibility, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Special Orders & Custom Products
Certain furniture items may be custom-made, special-order, or manufactured based on customer specifications.
Once production, customization, assembly, or shipping preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and deposits or payments may become non-refundable.
Customers will be informed of any product-specific cancellation terms before processing begins.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Address correction requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping information without canceling the order.
- If the order has already shipped, address changes may no longer be possible depending on the shipping carrier and shipment status.
We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible to avoid delivery issues or additional shipping charges.
